Fellowship Current News
New Fellowship Class!
This July we welcomed 70 new fellows to the RPIF Family. Every year our fellowship class has continued to grow, and this year is no exception. Our total number of fellows for the 2015-2016-fellowship year has expanded to 120! The majority of our fellows are located at our various partner companies within the tri-state area, however we are steadily and happily growing to different parts of the country. Since 2013 we have had a partnership with Genentech in San Francisco,California, and this year we introduced two new companies to the RPIF Program: Teva and Astra Zeneca. Our Teva Fellows are located in Horsham, Pennsylvania, while our Astra Zeneca Fellows report to work in Wilmington,Delaware and Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. We look forward to an exciting year, learning and making memorable connections!

Tom Abrams Visits Rutgers
At our last Professional Development Day (PDD) on Thursday, March 20th, 2014 the topic of the day was “New FDA Approved Drugs of 2013/2014.” In addition to our Fellows hosting a successful Continuing Education Program on the topic, we had the pleasure of having Tom Abrams from the FDA as a guest speaker. Mr. Abrams gave a great overview of his position at the FDA and spoke about the FDA’s Oversight Program For Prescription Drug Promotion.
