We act with our partners to protect health, enhance life and respond to the potential healthcare needs of the 7 billion people around the world. Sanofi also demonstrates leadership in both business achievements and in the communities in which we operate.

Access Services/Retail Account Team

Supporting pharmacists to advance their leadership in patient care requires a cohesive strategy between all teams in the pharmacy channel.  The Access Services team is part of the US Market Access (USMA) organization at Sanofi.  Access Services is a field and home office team of Pharmacists and Clinical Experts partnering with key accounts across the retail/community and specialty pharmacy channels to develop business capabilities and innovative solutions that benefit patients across the Sanofi portfolio.

This unique & synergistic partnership between Sanofi and key accounts provides an organized approach to engaging retail channel customers.  This 2-year Fellowship provides an opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of pharmacy channel-specific areas, as part of a broader matrix. The Fellow will learn about and interact with a broad range of activities and teams including: Field Sales, Commercial, Field Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Health Care Providers (HCPs), and professional pharmacy organizations.  The Fellow, as an integral member of the team, will actively lead and contribute to projects to help support our internal and external customers as it relates to the dynamic retail pharmacy setting.

Global Pharmacovigilance & Epidemiology (GPE)

This 2-year program is a joint effort between Rutgers and Sanofi in Global Pharmacovigilance & Epidemiology. The Fellow will develop a solid foundation in pharmacovigilance through rotations in multiple therapeutic areas and skills to critically evaluate, interpret, and present safety data. University-based experiences include a Professional Development Series and opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching. This fellowship provides a broad knowledge base in corporate industry activities and promotes the role of the Pharm.D. within pharmacovigilance.

Global Regulatory Affairs

At Sanofi, Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) develops and leads the regulatory strategic direction for marketed products and investigational compounds to maximize value for our internal and external stakeholders. GRA applies scientific, professional, and regulatory standards in the support of Sanofi’s Commercial Operations to meet business objectives while minimizing associated risks and advancing public health. It is recognized as an integral and valued partner in the Sanofi organization. The Global Regulatory Affairs Fellowship will provide the Fellow with the necessary tools to become a knowledgeable and confident Regulatory Affairs professional with opportunities to interact with multi-disciplinary teams in fulfilling broad regulatory responsibilities for marketed products and investigational compounds.

Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)

This 2-year fellowship places the Fellow in Sanofi’s global Health Economics and Outcomes Research group within the U.S. Medical Affairs organization. HEOR has the mission of developing, translating, and communicating scientific evidence for use by health care providers, payers, and other customers in order to facilitate access and use of the best treatments for patients. A principal objective of the group is to leverage Health Economics and Outcomes Research data to demonstrate the value that Sanofi products bring to payers. HEOR accomplishes this goal by generating and publishing research studies, conducting collaborative projects with various stakeholders, and partnering with other components of the broader Sanofi organization to develop solutions that address unmet medical needs and product value propositions.
